Reservation Policies
Please read the following policies carefully before making a reservation. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
- All deposits are NON refundable. A deposit holds your reservation and takes the vehicle off the market until your event date.
- Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date at the start of the run.
- Overtime pay applies after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time and is charged on an hourly basis.
- No food consumption is allowed in our vehicles.
- Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.
- Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines incurred will be paid by the customer.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage caused during the rental by them or their party.
- Carpet or seat burn fee: $300.00 per occurrence.
- Sanitation fee: $1,000 (at driver's discretion if anyone is sick).
- Company is not liable for mechanical breakdown on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
- We monitor all flights and adjust scheduling accordingly.
- We cannot guarantee vehicle availability when flights are more than 45 minutes late. The reserved vehicle type may change.
- Not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (not salted, accidents, etc.).
All Covid-19 cancellations follow the same rules above. Any trip not cancelled within the stated timeframes will incur a full charge.
